And here’s some compositional roughs for the assignment, originally they wanted Slimer in the piece as well but it was getting a little Ghostbusters heavy so we decided to nix him.
Thought I’d post some of the sketches that I did for the TOGA assignment I posted awhile back. It was a fun group of characters to work with, my favourite was drawing Aretha Franklin. She has so much personality in that scene of Blues Brothers.

Not actually sepia toned in real life, it just really helped bring out the little details lost by this being a photo of a sketch rather than a scan.
I currently have this beautiful piece of art in my possession and I will not yield it till the icy fingers of death pry it from my COLD DEAD HANDS.
